BRONX-ER WINS T-SHIRT CONTEST
Wednesday, 12 July 2006
No, not a wet T-shirt contest (although one never knows what the future holds). The contest, sponsored by American Apparrel, was a silent auction held at the Phog Lounge in Windsor, ON. The stipulations of the T-shirt show were that all entries were required to be original, one-of-a-kind design prints. The auction was held over a two-week period in late June and the shirt with the highest bid would be deemed the winner (with %30 of the proceeds going to charity). Bronx Cheerleader's Scott Warren took top prize at the show with his "Disco Mao" shirt design which went for $50. You can see the winning design in the right margin of our "Live Shows" page on this here site. Thanks to Tom at the Phog Lounge for all the help.
